(2) Pays to the Board the renewal fee and any late
fee set by the Board.

19-309.                               

(a)  If a speech-LANGUAGE pathologist fails for any reason
to renew the license of the speech-LANGUAGE pathologist by the
end of the 30-day grace period, the Board may reinstate the
license if the speech-LANGUAGE pathologist:

(1)  Applies to the Board for reinstatement of the
license within 5 year's after the license expires;

(2)  Meets the renewal requirements of § 19-308 of
this subtitle; and

(3)  Pays to the Board the reinstatement fee set by
the Board.

(b)  The Board may not reinstate the license of a
speech-LANGUAGE pathologist who fails to apply for reinstatement
of the license within 5 years after the license expires.
However, the speech-LANGUAGE pathologist may become licensed by
meeting the current requirements for obtaining a new license
under this subtitle INCLUDING CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
ESTABLISHED BY THE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD.

19-310.

(a)  Subject to the provisions of this section, the Board
shall issue a limited license to an applicant who:

(1) Except for the examination[, clinical experience,
and employment requirements,] AND SUPERVISED POSTGRADUATE
PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY meets the
license requirements under § 19-302 of this subtitle;

(2)  Demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Board
that for the term of the limited license the applicant will
practice only under the supervision of an individual described
under subsection (b)(2) of this section;

(3)  Submits an application to the Board on the form
that the Board requires; and

(4)  Pays to the Board the application fee set by the
Board.

(b)  (1) The purpose of a limited license is to permit an
individual to practice speech-LANGUAGE pathology while completing
the licensing requirements of this title;
