(2) While it is effective, a limited license
authorizes the licensee to practice speech-LANGUAGE pathology
under the supervision of:

(i) A fully licensed speech-LANGUAGE
pathologist; or

(ii) An individual who holds a certificate of
clinical competence in speech-LANGUAGE pathology from:

1.  The American Speech-LANGUAGE and
Hearing Association; or

2.  Any other organization acceptable to
the Board.

19-311.

(a)  Each licensee shall display the license conspicuously
in the office or place of employment of the licensee.

(b)  (1) The Board shall keep a record of the address of
each place where a licensee practices speech-LANGUAGE pathology.

(2)  Each licensee shall notify the Board in writing:

(i) Of the address of each place where the
licensee practices or intends to practice speech-LANGUAGE
pathology; and

(ii) Within 30 days after the change, of any
change of address.

19-312.1.

(a) Unless the Board agrees to accept the surrender of a
license, a licensed speech-LANGUAGE pathologist or the holder of
a limited license may not surrender the license nor may the
license lapse by operation of law while the licensee is under
investigation or while charges are pending against the licensee.

19-313.

Subject to the hearing provisions of § 19-314 of this
subtitle, the Board may deny a license or limited license to any
applicant, reprimand any licensee or holder of a limited license,
place any licensee or holder of a limited license on probation,
or suspend or revoke a license or limited license if the
applicant, licensee, or holder:

(3)  Commits fraud or deceit in the practice of
speech-LANGUAGE pathology;
