SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 88A - Social Services Administration

140.

(a). The Department of Human Resources shall administer a
care CERTIFIED ADULT RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT program in this
State that provides housing and related services programs for
adults who, because of disability, require a supportive housing
arrangement to reside in the community.
