unduly expensive maps, descriptions, and directories.

(6) Each board shall file with the State
Administrative Board of Election Laws all maps, descriptions, and
directories required under this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Financial Institutions

13-213.

The Authority shall:

(1) Keep proper records of its accounts;

(2) Keep separate records for the Contract Financing
Fund, [and] the Guaranty Fund, THE SMALL BUSINESS SURETY BOND
GUARANTY FUND, AND THE EQUITY PARTICIPATION INVESTMENT PROGRAM
FUND; and
