CLASSES SHALL NOT EXCEED MORE THAN ONE TO EVERY 1300 PERSONS

RESIDING IN ALLEGANY COUNTY AS DETERMINED BY THE LAST U. S.
CENSUS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions
of this Act do not affect the renewal or transfer of any existing
alcoholic beverages license in Allegany County.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 263

(House Bill 1651)

AN ACT concerning

Inmates - Prison Death - Burial and Funeral Expenses

FOR the purpose of requiring, subject to a certain exception, the
State to pay the expenses of the burial and funeral of
certain inmates under the control of the Division of
Correction or Patuxent Institution of the Department of
Public Safety and Correctional Services; requiring the
Commissioner of Correction and the Director of Patuxent
Institution to adopt rules and regulations setting forth
procedures for carrying out the provisions of this Act; and
generally relating to the burial, and funeral expenses of
certain inmates.
