remainder of that term and until a successor is elected and
qualifies.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That of the 5 members
elected to the Washington County Board of Education, the 3
members obtaining the highest number of votes in the county in
the 1986 general election shall serve for 4 years and until 1990.
The 2 remaining elected members shall serve for 2 years and until
1988. Two members shall be elected in the 1988 general election
and shall serve for 4 years and until 1992. All terms thereafter
shall be for 4 years.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Commission on Medical Discipline - Grounds for
Disciplinary Action

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Commission on Medical
Discipline to discipline a physician licensee who has been
disciplined for certain actions by any branch of the United
States Uniformed Services or the United States Veterans'
Administration; and generally relating to grounds for
disciplinary action against physicians by the Commission on
Medical Discipline.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
