DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects two misspellings in § 6-103
of the Agriculture Article.

The misspelling occurred in Ch. 6 of the Acts of First
Special Session of the General Assembly of 1973.

(o) A commercial fertilizer or soil conditioner is
"misbranded", if:

(4) A fertilizer purports to be or is represented as
a commercial fertilizer or if it purports to contain or is
represented as containing a fertilizer material, unless the
fertilizer material conforms to any definition of identity,
prescribed by departmental rules and regulations which give due
regard to commonly accepted definitions, such as[,] those issued
by the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials,
Inc.; or

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This deletes extraneous punctuation in §
6-201(o)(4) of the Agriculture Article.

The extraneous comma was added in Ch. 6 of the Acts of
the First Special Session of the General Assembly of
1973.

The error in punctuation was noted by the Michie
Company.

(c) (3) A tobacco grower selling tobacco which he has

grown, his agent, or a commission selling agency licensee

operating a tobacco warehouse in the State[, are] IS not required
to obtain a sales floor seller's license.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This deletes extraneous punctuation and
corrects a grammatical error in § 7-209(c)(3) of the
Agriculture Article.
