AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County and Baltimore City - Political Fund-Raising

FOR the purpose of authorizing politically partisan organizations
and political committees to have fund-raising affairs in
Baltimore County at which merchandise or cash prizes may be
awarded in any one game or spin by devices commonly known as
paddle wheels or wheels of fortune; authorizing political
committees to have fund raising affairs in Baltimore City at
which merchandise or cash prizes may be awarded in any one
game or spin by devices commonly known as paddle wheels or
wheels of fortune; making stylistic changes; providing for a
certain limitation of the amount of merchandise or cash
prize awarded; and making this Act an emergency measure.
