CHAPTER 132

(Senate Bill 50)

AN ACT concerning

Driver Education - State Funding

FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions of law that would
terminate State support of the driver education program on a
certain date; altering certain provisions of law relating to

funding levels for the driver education program; and

generally relating to repealing certain provisions of law
that would terminate State support or the driver education
program.

FOR the purpose of extending the effective date for the
termination of State funding for driver education programs
in the State; repealing certain obsolete provisions; and
generally relating to State funding for driver education
programs.
