HARRY HUGHES, Governor 615 (3) THE DAY CARE CENTER SHALL PAY FOR ANY COSTS OF (D) SPACE ORIGINALLY SET ASIDE FOR A GROUP DAY CARE CENTER (1) THE BUILDING HAS BEEN FULLY OCCUPIED FOR (2) AN APPLICATION TO OPERATE A GROUP DAY CARE CENTER (E) CHILDREN OF STATE EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE PRIORITY OVER
(1) AFTER A GROUP DAY CARE CENTER FOR CHILDREN OF (2) IF THE ASSESSMENT DEMONSTRATES THAT THE SERVICE (3) THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act applies only to State-occupied buildings acquired or constructed on or after July 1, 1986. However, if there is suitable space in existing State-occupied buildings or nearby buildings the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene may contract for group day-care centers under this Act. SECTION Approved April 29, 1986.
