Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to King's Meade
Limited Partnership.

AN ACT to amend Section 17.108, "Payments to volunteer fire
companies," of the Howard County Code for the purpose of
establishing fire districts of Howard County; providing that the
county executive is authorized and empowered to pay annually a
certain sum to the volunteer fire companies in each fire
district; providing that the county council is authorized and
empowered to levy annually a fire tax upon all assessable
property in each fire district; and making stylistic changes.

Effective Date February 6, 1986.

AN ACT to add new Subtitle 3, "Councilmanic Districts," to
Title 5, "County Council," of the Howard County Code, for the
purpose of establishing councilmanic districts for Howard County,
in accordance with provisions of the Howard County Charter.
