exceeding $150,000, the proceeds thereof to be used for the
reconstruction of the roof of the Howard Community College
Learning Resource Center (Project M-0509); including payment of
related costs; and to levy taxes upon the assessable property
within the County to pay the principal of and interest on any
bonds so issued; as the County Council may by Ordinance provide;
and providing that any bonds so issued are specifically exempt
from the provisions of Article 31, Section 11 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland.

Effective Date March 10, 1986.

AN ACT amending Section 1.304 "Appointment, Classification
and Grades of State-Authorized Exempt Positions" of Title 1
"Administration" of the Howard County Code in order to add the
classification for Security Guard.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (cM) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Cedar Acres
Limited Partnership and declaring this to be an emergency
ordinance.

Effective Date January 9, 1986.
