AN ACT amending Section 18.122A "Regulation of discharges to
the public sewerage system" of the Howard County Code in order to
limit the discharge of freon soluble wastes; to provide a review
period for preliminary requirements letters or permits; to
clarify the notification process for notices of violation and
citations; to allow damages to be recovered by civil suit in the
name of the jurisdiction where the damage occurred; to allow
fines to be applied toward the cost of correcting violations; and
to clarify the rights of appeal.

Effective Date January 6, 1986.
