COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (cF) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Laurence C.
and Kimberly A. Olver.

Effective Date November 8, 1985.

Bill No. 48

AN ACT repealing Subtitle 1 "Water" of Title 15 "Natural
Resources" of the Howard County Code in order to delete obsolete
provisions now addressed by State law.

Effective Date December 9, 1985.

Bill No. 49

AN ACT repealing Subtitle 2 "Regulation of auto burning of
Title 8 Crimes & Misdemeanors" of the Howard County Code in order
to delete obsolete and invalid provisions.

Effective Date December 9, 1985.

Bill No. 51

AN ACT to authorize and empower Howard County, Md., to
borrow on its full faith and credit, and to issue and sell its
bonds therefor, at one time or from time to time within four
years from the date this Act becomes effective, an amount not
exceeding $133,000, the proceeds thereof to be used for the
planning, construction, furnishing and equipment of Lisbon
Neighborhood Park (Project N-3034); and payment of related costs;
and to levy taxes upon the assessable property within the County
to pay the principal of and interest on any bonds so issued; as
the County Council may by Ordinance provide; and providing that
any bonds so issued are specifically exempt from the provisions
of Article 31, Section 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

Effective Date December 9, 1985.
