AN ACT amending Section 3.501 "Sign standards by district"
and Section 3.502 "Signs permitted in all districts" of Subtitle
5 "Signs" of Title 3 "Buildings" of the Howard County Code to
exempt certain permanent identification signs from certain
requirements.

Effective Date November 8, 1985.

AN ACT amending Section 1.102 "Definitions" and subsection

(g) "Political affiliations" of Section 1.120 "General

Prohibitions" of the Howard County Code to delete

unconstitutional provisions and to conform the Code to the

provisions of the Howard County Charter regarding political
activities of Howard County employees and adding a certain
definition.

Effective Date November 8, 1985.

Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Harold C.
