Bill No. 33

An act to authorize and empower Howard County, Maryland to
borrow on its full faith and credit, and to issue and sell its
bonds therefor, at one time or from time to time within four
years from the date this act becomes effective, an amount not
exceeding $625,000, the proceeds thereof to be used for the
purchase and installation of air conditioning systems in (a) the
Glenwood Middle School (Project No. E-0075) and (b) the
Clarksville Elementary School (Project No. E-0098), including
payment of all related costs; and to levy taxes upon the
assessable property within the County to pay the principal of and
interest on any bonds so issued; as the County Council may by
ordinance provide; and providing that any bonds so issued are
specifically exempt from the provisions of Article 31, Section 11
of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

AN ACT amending Sections 3.502, 3.503 and 3.505A of Subtitle
5 "Signs" of Title 3 "Buildings" of the Howard County Code for
the purpose of removing a certain date by which certain
provisions of these sections would otherwise expire.
