AN ACT pursuant to Section 612 of the Howard County Charter
approving a multi-year agreement for the lease-purchase of
computer/printer equipment for the office of the State's
Attorney.

Effective Date July 8, 1985.

Bill No. 20

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (cA) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Carolyn J.
Weeks, et al.

Effective Date July 8, 1985.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (cB) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Robert
Bauer.

Effective Date July 8, 1985.

Bill No. 22

AN ACT amending Title 19 "Recreation and Parks", Subtitle 5
"Public Recreation on Private Lands", Sections 19.501, 19.504,
19.505, 19.508, 19.509, 19.510, 19.512, 19.514, 19.515 and
enacting new Section 19.516, for the -purpose of adding a
definition of alcoholic beverage and prohibiting alcoholic
beverages, the use of bows and arrows and certain boats or with
certain exceptions; concerning issuance of special permits;
allowing for civil penalties; adding a severability clause; and
further clarifying the law regulating public recreation on
private land, and declaring this Act to be an emergency measure.

Effective Date May 8, 1985.
