AN ACT to add new Subsection (4), to Subsection (k),
heading, Accessory Parking Areas, Driveways, and Private Roads,
of Section 25-8.3, heading, Standards for Specific Special
Exceptions, of Article II, heading, Zoning Code, of Chapter 25,
heading, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide for accessory parking requirements; and generally
relating to zoning.

Effective Date February 11, 1986.

Bill No. 85-60

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Subsections
(a) and (b)(3) of Section 25-5.7, heading, Temporary Uses, of
Article II, heading, Zoning Code, of Chapter 25, heading, Zoning,
of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide that a zoning
certificate is not required for temporary contractor's office and
construction equipment sheds if certain location requirements are
met.

Effective Date February 18, 1986.

Bill No. 85-63

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal Section 24-37.2, heading, Annual
Service Area Surtax, of Article 3.1, heading, Capital Charges, of
Chapter 24, heading, Water and Sewer, of the Harford County Code,
as amended; to repeal the annual service area surtax for
properties benefited by public water and sewer.

Effective Date January 9, 1986.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (bW) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) belonging to Mr. & Mrs.
Robert P. Congedo.
