Contract between the County and the Authority that obligates the
County to deliver specified amounts of solid waste and pay
tipping fees to provide for the cost of the disposal of such
solid waste, whether or not the solid waste is delivered; and
generally providing for and determining various matters in
connection with the participation of the County in the resource
recovery project.

Effective Date December 24, 1985.

Bill No. 85-55 (as amended)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section 9-4,
heading, Property Maintenance and Control, of Article I, heading,
In General, of Chapter 9, heading, Environmental Controls, of the
Harford County Code, as amended, to permit on-site disposal of
certain land-clearing debris generated during the preparation of
lots or parcels of land for the erecting of structures by prime
builders, contractors or developers.

Effective Date March 10, 1986.

Bill No. 85-56

AN ACT to add new subsection f. to Section ll-38(b)(l),
heading, Tax Credit for Aged and Handicapped Persons and Other
Tax Credits of Article II, heading, Real Property Tax Credits, of
Chapter 11, heading, Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to provide tax credits for real property used
primarily for amateur sports events and owned by the Havre de
Grace Little League, Inc.

Effective Date February 3, 1986.

Bill No. 85-58 (as amended)

AN ACT to amend the Harford County Pay Plan and
Classification Plan and Salary Grade Schedule, Ordinance Number
85-25, to provide for additional job classifications; to delete
certain classifications which are not utilized; and to authorize
payment to select management/technical level employees who are no
longer eligible for a salary increase because they have advanced
to the maximum step within their grade.

Effective Date February 11, 1986.
