AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Article I, heading, [In General], SEDIMENT CONTROL, of Chapter
10, heading, Sediment Control AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for necessary changes
to the existing sediment control law, and to further provide for
a new sediment control law in Harford County.

Effective Date November 13, 1985.

AN ACT to add new Subsection (c) to Section 13.20, heading,

Grading and Erosion Control Permits, of Article II, heading,

Schedule of Fees, of Chapter 13, heading, Licenses and Permits,

of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for fees for

Forest Harvest permits; and generally relating to permit,
license, and service fees in Harford County, Maryland.

Effective Date January 13, 1986.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Subsection
(b), heading, Plumbers' Certificates and Other Licenses, of
Section 13-21, heading, Licenses, of Article II, heading,
Schedule of Fees, of Chapter 13, heading, Licenses and Permits,
of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the
deletion of a licensing fee for water pump contractors to comply
with State law.

Effective Date December 17, 1985.
