Building Permits

For the purpose of establishing procedures for building
permits in areas of limited sewer availability and placing
conditions thereon. Section 1-114 of the Zoning & Subdivision
Control Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County be amended.

Effective Date August 6, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Bill No. 85-4

Tattoo Establishments

For the purpose of regulating Tattoo Establishments and
requiring licenses for operators. Section 1-103 of the Public
Health Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County be enacted.

Effective Date December 10, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Bill No. 85-5

Moved Structures

For the purpose of prohibiting the location of moved

structures within Worcester County, except as authorized by

special exception moving permit and the adoption of requirements

relating thereto. Section 1-330 be added to the Zoning and

Subdivision Control Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County.

Effective Date December 10, 1985.
