AN ACT concerning

Financial Administration

For the purpose of amending the County Government Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland.
Section 4-201(f) of the County Government Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland, be amended.

Effective Date December 17, 1985.

AN ACT concerning

Erosion and Sediment Control

For the purpose of amending the Natural Resources Article of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland to
provide a system of Sediment and Erosion Control. Section 2-201
of the Natural Resources Article of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Worcester County, Maryland, be repealed and reenacted.

Effective Date December 17, 1985.
