AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 6-6
through 6-44 of Article III, Chapter 6 of the Public Local Laws
of Kent County, Maryland entitled "Grading and Sediment Control,"
which establish minimum standards for governing sediment control,
minimum requirements for clearing, grading, filling, and water
management on land for control of soil erosion and sediment, and
procedures by which these requirements are administered and
enforced.

EMERGENCY BILL No. 4-85

AN ACT to establish and delineate a Flood Plain District
within Kent County, Maryland, and to provide for issuance of
permits and regulations on construction and development within
the District pursuant to Section 8-9A01, et seq., of the Natural
Resources Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

For the purpose of establishing procedures for filling
vacancies in the office of County Commissioner. Section 2-104 be
added to the County Government Article of the Code of Public Laws

AN ACT concerning

Agricultural Land Preservation

For the purpose of providing the Natural Resources Article
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland be
amended to CREATE Sections 2-101, 2-102, 2-103, and 2-104.

Effective Date May 14, 1985.
