ANNEXATION RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of
North East adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XIE of
the Constitution of Maryland and Section 19 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1981 Replacement
Volume 1984 Cum. Sup.) for the enlargement of the corporate
boundaries of said Town by the annexation of certain land
contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate area by
amending the provision of the Code of Cecil County, Maryland,
Part 2, Chapter 28, which incorporates the Charter of the Town of
North East and constituting an amendment to the municipal charter
of the body politic and corporate known as the Town of North
East.

CHARTER RESOLUTION AMENDMENT NO. 1985-1

SUBJECT: "Convention Hall."

Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of
the Constitution of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 edition as amended, to amend
the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland, by repealing
Title XVI of the Charter of the Town of Ocean City, Maryland.
This amendment shall have the effect of eliminating the
Convention Hall Commission.
