IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Town Council of
North Beach, Maryland that Section 19-707 of the Charter of the
Town of North Beach shall be revised regarding appropriations.

Calvert County, as found in the compilation of Municipal Charters
of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 2C-85

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Town Council of
North Beach, Maryland that Section 19-711 of the Charter of the
Town of North Beach shall be revised regarding the signature of
municipal checks.
