RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND,
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE XI-E OF THE
CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND ARTICLE 23A OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION, AS AMENDED), TITLE:
"CORPORATIONS-MUNICIPAL," TO AMEND ARTICLE V, SECTION 502 (6),
AND ARTICLE VII, SECTIONS 713 AND 720 OF THE CHARTER OF LANDOVER
HILLS TO CORRECT TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.

Landover Hills, Prince George's County, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition),
repealed and reenacted, with amendments,
