RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND,
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE XI-E OF THE
CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND ARTICLE 23A OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION, AS AMENDED), TITLE:
"CORPORATIONS-MUNICIPAL," TO AMEND ARTICLE VII, SECTION 703 OF
THE CHARTER OF LANDOVER HILLS TO PROVIDE THAT THE TOWN WILL
PURCHASE THE FIDELITY BOND REQUIRED OF THE TREASURER.

[Section 703 of the Charter of the Town of Landover Hills,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and added

Effective Date June 4, 1985]

RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND,
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE XI-E OF THE
CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND ARTICLE 23A OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION, AS AMENDED), TITLE:
"CORPORATIONS-MUNICIPAL," TO AMEND ARTICLE VII, SECTION 704 OF
THE CHARTER OF LANDOVER HILLS TO PROVIDE THAT THE COUNCIL SHALL
RECEIVE THE BUDGET FOR ITS APPROVAL, AND THAT THE ADOPTED BUDGET
SHALL BE ON FILE IN THE TOWN HALL.

Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments,
