RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND,
ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE XI-E OF THE
CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND ARTICLE 23A OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION, AS AMENDED), TITLE:
"CORPORATIONS-MUNICIPAL," TO AMEND ARTICLE III, SECTION 311 OF
THE CHARTER OF LANDOVER HILLS TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR
ORDINANCES AND EMERGENCY ORDINANCES.

[Section 311 of the Charter of the Town of Landover Hills,
Prince George's County as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendment,

Effective Date June 4, 1985]

CHARTER OF LANDOVER HILLS TO PROVIDE THAT THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
SHALL APPOINT A TOWN CLERK.
