Federal Fund Appropriation.........

Provided that $171,738 is
contingent upon the enactment of
legislation requiring clients of
the Division of Parole and
Probation who have the resources
to pay for supervision fees, and
$1,750,000 is contingent upon the
enactment of legislation altering
the minimum period of sentencing
used for referral to the State
and providing for a program of
State reimbursement of part of
the cost of maintaining certain
prisoners in local detention
centers.

Special Fund Appropriation.........

Funds are appropriated in various
State agency budgets to pay for
services provided by this
program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating
expenses in this program.
