AN ACT concerning

Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas Counties and Municipalities
Municipal Corporations - Planning and Zoning Powers -
Transfer of Development Rights

FOR the purpose of authorizing certain the counties and
municipalities municipal corporations to enact regulations
for the establishment of establish programs for the transfer
of development rights regulations for certain purposes;
limiting the areas of certain counties and municipalities

within which areas may have their development rights

transferred; and generally relating to planning, zoning, and
subdivisions regulations subdivision in certain the counties
and municipalities municipal corporations.
