APPROACHING ON ANOTHER ROADWAY SO CLOSELY AS TO CONSTITUTE AN
IMMEDIATE HAZARD DURING THE TIME SUCH TRAFFIC IS MOVING ACROSS OR
WITHIN THE INTERSECTION.

(3) Unless otherwise directed by a pedestrian control
signal as provided in § 21-203 of this subtitle, pedestrians
facing a steady red signal alone may not enter the roadway,

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

FOR

Wild Waterfowl - Stationary Blinds or Blind Sites

the purpose of requiring the Department of Natural Resources
to construct and maintain locate and designate stationary
blinds and blind sites in certain public lands and waters of
each county of the State for certain purposes; requiring the
Department to provide for the use of the stationary blinds
and blind sites on a certain basis; providing for the
prospective effect of this Act on certain existing
stationary blinds and blind sites; and generally relating to
the use by the public of stationary blinds and blind sites
in certain public lands and waters to hunt wild waterfowl.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
