(1) If the State Prosecutor finds that an alleged
violation of the criminal law set forth in Article 10, Section
33B(b) and (c) has occurred, the State Prosecutor shall institute
all appropriate actions necessary to commence prosecution;
(2) If the State Prosecutor finds that there has been
an alleged violation of the Maryland Public Ethics Law by a
public official or State official of the State that is not a
criminal violation, the State Prosecutor shall report that
alleged violation to the State Ethics Commission, which shall
take all appropriate actions under Article 40A of the Code; and
(3) (I) If the State Prosecutor finds that a person
other than an official on employee of the State has violated any
provision of criminal law, the State Prosecutor shall report the
alleged violation to the Attorney General and the State's
Attorney under Article 10, § 33B(d).
(II) After receiving a report under
subparagraph (I) of this paragraph, the Attorney General and the
State's Attorney shall take all appropriate action necessary to
commence prosecution.
(D) The State Prosecutor shall share the list compiled
under subsection (A) of this section and any relevant information
pursuant to an investigation under subsection (B) of this section
with the Attorney General.
SECTION 4. SECTION 7 9 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,
That this Act shall take effect June 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning
Economic Development - Maryland Sports Stadium Authority
FOR the purpose of creating a Maryland Sports Stadium Authority
as a body politic and corporate; defining certain terms;
providing for the membership, terms, qualifications, and
compensation of the Maryland Sports Stadium Authority;
providing for the appointment of an executive director and
the duties and responsibilities of that position; providing
for the powers of the Authority, including the power to
determine the location of, develop, establish, construct,
erect, acquire, own, repair, remodel, add to, extend,
improve, equip, operate, regulate, and maintain certain
