(2) The reason for the withdrawal.

(B) Before July 1, 1986, the Governor shall notify any

official required to file a supplemental statement under the

reporting requirement of subsection (A) of this section and the

date that knowledge of the financially impaired condition was
first acquired.

(C) Every State official or public official shall be
required to file with the State Ethics Commission a supplemental
statement pursuant to Article 40A, § 4-102 of, the Code disclosing
the amounts of any withdrawals of certificates of deposit where
the official incurred any penalty or forefeited any interest as a
result of the withdrawal, from any savings and loan association
formerly insured by the Maryland Savings-Share Insurance
Corporation. by the official, or any interest attributable to
such official pursuant to Article 40A, § 4-104 of the Annotated
Code, during the period from March 14, 1985 through May 14, 1985.

(D) The supplemental statement required under subsection
(A) and (C) of this section shall be filed by August 1, 1986.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:

(A) The State Prosecutor shall compile a list of persons
who:

(1) Between March 12, 1985 and May 14, 1985,
inclusive, redeemed any certificate of deposit of $100,000 or
more:

(I) From any association formerly insured by
the Maryland Savings-Share Insurance Corporation that has been
placed into conservatorship or receivership after May 12, 1985 or
acquired in a transaction involving any association in
conservatorship after May 12, 1985: and

(II) Before the maturity date of the
certificate: and

(2) Incurred any penalty or forfeited any interest as
a result of the withdrawal.

(B) In addition to compiling the list under subsection (A)
of this section, the State Prosecutor shall conduct an
investigation to determine if any of the persons on the list
received information that was not generally available to the
public about the financially impaired condition of savings and
loan association specified under subsection (A)(1)(I) of this
section.

(C) After compiling the required list and conducting the
investigation under this section:
