10-113.

(f) The State Comptroller shall:

(3) notify the obligor of:

(ii) the rights of the obligor under [this
subsection] SUBSECTION (G) OF THIS SECTION.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an error in an internal
reference in § 10-113(f)(3) of the Family Law Article.

The error in the internal reference was contained in
Ch. 296 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1984.

The error in the internal reference was noted by the
State Attorney General in his bill review letter of
May 10, 1985.

10-121.

(b) (1) When arrearages under subsection (a)(2) of this
section[,] are part of an earnings withholding [order] ORDER, the
court shall order the total arrearage withheld in 1 lump-sum
payment or apportioned over a period of time.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This properly locates misplaced punctuation
in § 10-121(b)(l) of the Family Law Article.

The punctuation, a comma, was misplaced in Ch. 329 of
the Acts of the Regular Session of the General
Assembly of 1985.

The misplaced punctuation was noted by the Michie
Company.

10-129.

If the address or place of employment of the obligor
[changes] CHANGES, the obligor, within 10 days, shall send the
change of address or new place of employment by certified mail,
return-receipt requested, to:

(1)  the court; and

(2)  the recipient, or if the support enforcement
agency receives the support payments, the support enforcement
agency.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of punctuation
in § 10-129 of the Family Law Article.

The omitted punctuation, a comma, was omitted from Ch.
329 of the Acts of the Regular Session of the General
Assembly of 1985.
