fuel tax; prohibiting a wholesale dealer of vehicles from
conducting a purchase, sale, or exchange with a retail
buyer; altering a provision of law to require that the Motor
Vehicle Administration adopt rules and regulations for the
distribution and disposition of certain citation forms;
providing that the assessable real property tax to be
collected from certain special county districts in Somerset
County is to be based on the assessed value of the real
property; providing for the effect, construction, and
effective date of the provisions of this Act; and generally
repealing and reenacting, without amendments, certain Acts
of the General Assembly that may be subject to possible
title or function paragraph defects in order to validate
those Acts.
