Novembr Court 1716 96 Annexed is Shewn And that whereas also the afd Deft~ afterwards vizt. the fourth day of March in the year afd in S.t Pauls Parish afd in Kent County afd within the afd Jurisdiciõn In Consideration that the afd Plt at the like Special Instance and request of the afd Deft~ had in the afd Parish in the County & Jurisdiciõn afd for the Space and time of one whole year then before Accomodated the Said Deft~ with board Lodging and the use of a Shop to work in upon— himselfe assumed and to the Said Pltf then and there last Said faithfully — promised that he the Said Deft for the Accomodations last Said the Sume of one Thousand and Eighteen hundred pounds of Merchantable Tobacco to the Said Plt~ when thereunto afterwards required would well and truly pay & Content~ and that whereas also the afd Deft~ afterwards that is to Say the third day of March Anno Domini Seventeen hundred & fourteen at S.t Pauls Parish afd in Kent County afd within ye Jurisdiciõn of this Court~ In Consideration the afd Plt at the like Special Instance and request of the afd Deft had in the County and Jurisdiciõn afd found and provided - for the afd Deft~ Sufficient meat drink washing and Lodging and the use of a Shop to worke in for ye time and Space of one whole year then next before and also accomodated Certain Carpenters then and there last Said in the Service of the Said Deft~ with Sufficient Meat drink and Lodging for the space of Six days then next before as by the afd Acco.t hereto annexed Shewn upon himself Assumed and to the Said Plt~ then and there last Said fath: :fully Promised that he the Said Deft So much Merchantable Tobacco as ye afd Plt~ for the afd Meat drink washing and Lodging found and provided afd Should reasonably deserve unto the Same Plt when thereunto required would well and truly pay and Content and the afd Plt~ in deed Saith that for the afd Meat drink washing and Lodging found and Provided as last Said he reasonably deserves the Sume of two Thousand two hundred & fifty pounds of Merchantable Tobacco in manner as in the Said Accot. in the year Seventeen hundred and fourteen afd in the County and Jurisdiciõn afd had Notice And that whereas also the afd Deft~ afterwards that is to Say the afd third day of March Anno Domi Seventeen hundred & fourteen at the Parish afd in the County afd within the afd Jurisdiciõn was Indebted to the afd Plt Plt~ the Sume of one hundred and Eight pounds of Merchantable Tobacco for So much Tobacco paid by the Sd Plt then and there for the Said Deft~ at the Defts request for the Said Defts Levey to ye Sherf of the afd County and being So indebted the Said Deft In Consideration thereof afterwards vizt the afd third day of March Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and fourteen— |
