   95                                  Novembr Court 1716
   one new Suite of Cloaths beside his Common wareing apparell the
   afd Indenture acknowledged in open Court~.
   The afd James Gallaway chooses Thomas Wilkins his Guardian
   which the Court consent ———
   His Ldsps—— | The afd Elinor being bound by Recognizance at
        at | last Court in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling
   Elenor Kendall | for her appearance to this Court to answer unto .
  ~~~~~~~~~~~ | a Certain Presentment found against her for —
   feloniously Stealing one Amber Necklace the goods of a Certain—
   Philip Pryer and in the mean time She was to be of good ——
   behaviour And now at this Court the Said Elenor being Solemnly
   Called Came not nor any Person in her behalf doth Shew cause
   why She doth not appear to her Recognizance Therefore it is
   Considered by the Court here vizt. this twenty fourth day of Novemb.r
   Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen That.
   the afd Recognizance to his afd Lord Ship be forfeited —

   John Faning — | Kent County Ss John Moore of Said County
           at | weaver Stands attaiched to Answer unto —
   John Moore ye weavr | John Faning of a plea of Trespass upon the
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | Case   And whereupon the afd Plt~ by Thomas
   Bowne his attry Complains for that whereas the afd Deft~ the third
   day of March Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirteen at~.
   S.t Pauls Parish at Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court
   In Consideration the afd Plt~ at the Special Instance and request of the
   afd Deft~ had at the afd Parish in ye County and Jurisdiciõn afd for the
   Space and time of one whole year | next before &) then Ending accomodated
   the Said Deft: with board Lodging and the use of a Shop to work in
   upon himselfe assumed & to the Said Plt~ then and there afd faithfully
   Promised that he the Said Deft~. So much Merchantable Tobacco as ye afd
   Plt~ for ye Accomodations afd Should Reasonably deserve unto the Sd
   Plt~. when thereunto afterwards required would well and truly pay &
   Content and the afd Plt~ in deed Saith that for the Accomodations afd
   he reasonably deserves the Sume of one Thousand and Eight hundred
   pounds of Merchantable Tobacco of which the Said Deft~ by the Said -
   Plt~ then and there had Notice and which in an Account hereto
                                                                                                  Annexed .
