   Octob.r last before Mr Henry Lowe one of ye Justices of Sd county In the Sume
   of tenn pds Sterlg. to be Leveyd &ca.   for his appearance to this Court and to keep
   ye peace and Especially to Wm Edwards and Susanna his wife and no person—
   Shewing an reason why the afd Should not be discharged This Court here
   discharges the Same
   Likewise Wm Simson and Andw Tolson Suretys for the afd Wm Johnson
   before the Same Justices as afd Entr’d into Recog in the Sume of five pds
   Sterlg Each for the appce of the afd Wm Johnson to answr and keep ye peace
   as afd This Court here discharges the Same Recognize Each——
   Robt. Hutchenson appointed over Sear of the Roads that leads
   from Worton to Cæcil old Road & from Joseph Hopkins Plantation to J.V.
      Mr. Saml. Wallis appointed oversear of the Roads that leads from horn
   bridge Same included to Prickle pare Mill from Sd Mill to ye Runn to Edwd
   Mecans also from Horn bridge to ye wolf trap
           John Brown from Thomas Windalls bridge to head Sassafras to
   a Runn by Lambert Wilmers
           John Woodall appointed oversear ye Roads in Langfords bay -
   upper hundred as usuall—
           Mr. Lambert Wilmer appointed oversear ye Roads viz to Clear a
   Road from his house to ye head Siprus branch towards duck Creek also from
   [Laid Ridge?] to ye black walnut branch a long the old path that leads to .
   black birds Creek according to his discretion
           ordered by the Court that the Sherf Sumõns a nother Pettit Jury
        Cort. adjourns till tomorrow morning Eight Clock .

   by this Court bound by Indenture to Thomas Wilkins till he arrives
   at ye age twenty one years he being fourteen years old last July to
   be learnt to Read write and Cypher to ye Rule three ye Same included
   and to be learnt the trade Ship Carpenter at the Expiration to have
