                                         Novembr Cort. 1716                                         92 
   his heires and Successors in the full and Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterling to be
   Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that
   if he do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held
   for said County to answr unto what Should be objected against him on—
   his Ldsps behalfe and in the mean while to be of good behaviour
   wherewith he acknowledges himself content~
   Likewise Comes into Court Michael Miller of Said County and ——
   acknowledges himselfe indebted to his Ldsps his heires & Successors
   in the full and just Sume of tenn pds Sterling to be leveyd on his goods
   and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Thomas
   Hues doth not make his personall appearance at the next Court~ to
   be held for Said County to Answer as afd and that in the meantime
   to be of good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himselfe —

   Wm Darby^ as an Evid.e Sworn to the Grand Jury & Wm Johnson—
   George Griffiths Swears that he had a Note from Maj Wm~
   Potts one of the Justices of this County for fifteen Squirels and two
   Crowes heads belonging to Samuel Perry which he lost ordered
   that the Said Samuel be alld in the Levey for the Same ——
    The Grand Jury discharged and allowed five hundred pounds of
   Tobo. at William Glanvills ye Same to be alld in the Levey —
   His Ldsp  | The afd James being bound by Recogniz.e for his app.ce
           at | to this Cort apprs in his propr prson   ordered by the Court
   James Rae | here that he be discharged from said Recognize. James
   ———— | Rae afd on the thirty first day of October last before Mr.
   Henry Lowe Junior one of his Ldships Justices for Sd Coty entered into —
   Recognizance in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed &ca. if in
   case the afd James did not appear & Answer unto what Should be objected
   against him on his Ld Ships behalfe and in ye mean time to keep the
   peace and Especially against Wm Edwards and Susannah his wife where:
  :with he acknowledges himself to be Content and at this Court no person~
   Shewing any cause why ye Same Should not be discharged the Same is
   discharged
   Likewise at the Same time afd William Simson and Andrew Tolson
   as Sureties for the afd James Rae before ye Same Justices entered into —
   Recognizance in ye Sume of five pounds Sterlg Each for appce of the
   afd James And that he was to answ.r and keep the peace as afd This -
   Court here discharges the Same Recognizance
