   John Jones afd Comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe Indebted to
   his Lordship his heires and Successors in the full and Just Sume of Twenty
   pounds Sterling to be Leveyd on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tene:
   ments Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appearance
   at the next Court to answer unto a Certain bill of Indictment found
   against him for Stealing hoggs and in ye mean while to be of —
   good behaviour wherewith he acknowledges himself Content~
   Likewise John Peters and Roger Hix both of this County comes into
   Court and acknowledges himself indebted to his Lord ship his heires
   And Successors in the full and Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterling Each
   to be Leveyed on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements.
   Conditionally that if the afd John Jones doth not make his personall
   appearance at the next Coty Court to answr. as afd and in ye mean while
   to be of good behaviour wherewith they acknowledge themselves Content
    ordered by the Court here that Joseph Wheeldon Enter into Recoge as
   prosecutor ag.st the afd John Jones .    .    .   Joseph Wheeldon afd comes
   into Court and acknowledges himself indebted to his Lord Ship his heires
   and Successors in ye full and Just Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling
   to be Leveyed on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Condi:
   tionally that if he do not appr. at the next Co.rt to be held for Sd Coty
   to Prosecute on his Lordships behalf ag.st ye afd John Jones wherewith
   he Saith he is Content~
    ordered by ye Court here that Edward Williams as an Evide agst the
   afd John Jones entr. into Recognize.   .   .   .   Edward Williams afd Comes
   into Co.rt. and acknowledges himselfe indebted to his Lordship his heires
   and Successors in ye Sume of five pounds Sterlg to be Levey’d on his
   goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if do not
   make his appearance at ye next Court as an Evidence on his Ldsps —
   behalfe ag.st ye afd John Jones wherewith he Saith he is Content—.
   Chr Bateman having a pretence to a Certain Elizabeth Pelly also
   Laugn Flinn pretends to have a right to her   the Said Laughn in Cort.
   & takes his Corporall Oath &ca. and Saith that when the afd Eliz was at
   Chester Town Soon after She was hired to Mr. John Moll he hired her on
   which this Court adjudges She doth not belong to the afd Christopher.
   and that She be cleared from any pretence he Alleadges to her as a Servt.
