   His Lord Ship | Recogs at last Court for ye appce. Sd John Jones to this
                at | Court the Sd John Comes into Court and in his proper
   John Jones — | person apprs. to the Same ordered by the Court here .
   ~~~~~~~~~~ | that his recognizance and Surties be discharged —
   John Jones afd his recognizance taken as afd in ye Sume of twenty pds
   Sterling to be leveyd on his goods & Chattells &ca if in case he did not make
   his personall app.ce at this Court and to Answ.r unto all Such things as Should
   be objected ag.st him on his Ld Ships behalfe and in the mean time to
   be of good behaviour &ca. No person Shewing any cause why the Same
   Should not be discharged This Court discharges the Same
    Likewise George Sanders and John Mackey Surties for the afd John~
   Jones entrd into Recognizances in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling-
   Each to be Leveyd as afd Conditionally that if he did not appear &
   answ.r as afd and to be of good behavr. &ca. This Court here discharges
   the Said Recognizances each of them —
    Joseph Wheeldon prosecutr. agst. the Sd John Jones entered into —
   Recognizance in for appce to this Court the Sd Joseph in his propr.
   person appeared to the Same   Joseph Wheeldon afd Entrd into -
   Recognizance in the Sume of twenty pds Sterlg to be Leveyd for the use
   afd if in case he did not app.r at this Court to prosecute the afd John Jones
   on his Said Ld sps behalfe This Court here discharges the Same Recoge
   Edward Williams an Evidence ag.st the Said John Jones entrd into
   Recognizance for his app.ce. to this Court The Sd Edward Comes into Court
   and in his prop.r person apprs. to the Same ordered by the Court here
   that his Recognize. be Discharged Edward Williams afd his Recognizance
   taken in the Sume of tenn pds Sterg to be Leveyd if he did not appr &ca
   This Court here discaharges the Same Recognizance &ca ——
   There being an Indictmt. found by the grand Jury this Court against the
   Said John Jones for Stealing two hoggs belonging to Joseph Wheeldon
   The Said John being Called came and in his proper person apprd to
   the Same    ordered by the Court here that the Said John Jones
   enter into Recognizance wth. Sureties for his appearance to the.
   next Court and to answr. the Same— ——
