   86                             Novbr Court 1716
   her proper person appeared to the Same ordered by the Court here
   that She prove the begitter . . . But now comes into Court and Saith
   that She is guilty of what is laid in^theabove Indictment and Submits
   to the Court on the Same Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
   viz.t this twenty Second day of November Anno Domini Seventeen hundred
   and Sixteen That the afd Mary Chambers at the Expiration of her time
   Serve the Space and terme of Seven years to be disposed of as this County
   Court Shall See fitt for Committing the offence of fornication (and being
   delivered of two Mollatoe Children viz a boy and a Girl) according to
   Act of assembly in Such Case made and also pay the Sume of two.
   hundred and Six pounds of Tobo Cost Accruing on the premises afd to
   the officers of this Court
   ordered by the Court here that the Said Mary Chambers at the
   Expiration of her time of Service to M.r Wm Frisby She Serve him
   the Space of Six months for Lose of time trouble & Disgrace of~.
   her Said Masters house
    ordered by the Court here that the Sd Mary Chambers be deliverd
   up to this Court at the Expiration of her time by her Master or —
   owner &ca ——                                                    Jams Smith Clk
     M.r William Frisby afd comes into Court and prays that~ .
   the afd Children may be bound to him which is granted The .
   afd two Children viz a boy and a Girl that was deliverd of the afd
   Mary Chambers Serve the afd William Frisby untill they
   Shall arrive at the age of thirty one years Each And the
   Said Wm Frisby to provide for them Sufficient and necessary
   Conveniencys fitt and Convenient for Such Serv.ts &ca. . Also the Said
   Wm Frisby doth acknowledge that on the Consideration afd he
   will Keep the County clear from all charges that hath or may -
   accrueing on Accot of the Children afd
   Susannah Wroth daught.r James Wroth decd bound by Indente.
   to Isaac Ashley untill She arrives at ye Age Sixteen years or day
   of Marriage wch Shall first Happen She being Eleaven years old
   the first day of Novemb.r next to learn &ca as by Indente may appr ye.
   Sd Indente. acknowledged in Cort——
      The Grand Jury returns and delivers the bills of Indictments as
   folls. vizt one agst James Rae ab.t assaulting Wm Edwards & his wife
