   Proves that he attended the Court Nine days on Accot~ as an Evide as afd &ca Ordered
   by the Court here that William Browne pay unto the afd John Rogers the
   Sume of Two hundred and Seventy pounds of Tobacco for attending this
   Court as afd - According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca—
        James Connalin being Sumoned as an Evide. in the afd Cause^forthe
   Plt proves that he attended the Court tenn days on account as an Evide.
   as afd &ca ordered by the Court here that William Browne pa[y] unto the
   afd James Connalin the Sume of Three hundred pounds of Tobacco for
   attending the Court as afd, according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made-
      Peter Green being Sumoned as an Evide in the afd Cause for the
   Deft~. proves that he attended the Court three days as an Evid.e on Said Cause
     ordered by the Court here that Joseph Milbe pay unto the afd Peter
   Green the Sume of Ninety pds of Tobo for attending ye Court as afd
   according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca ——
      Robt Green being Sumoned as an Evide. in the afd Cause for the Deft~
   proves that he attended this Court three days as an Evide on Said account~
    ordered by the Court here that Joseph Milbe pay unto the afd Robert
   Green the Sume of ninety pounds of Tobo for attending the Court as afd
   according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca. ——

   of July in the year of our Ld one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen
   and at divers other days and times as well before as after the fear of God
   before her eyes not having but by the Instigation of the devill did —
   commit fornication with a certain Negro man to ye Jurors unknown &
   thereby did Suffer herselfe to begott with two Mollatoe Children to the
   high displeasure of Almighty God the evill and pernicious Example of.
   others ag.st the peace of our Sd Lord Proprietor his rule & dignity & against~
   the form of an Act of Assembly of this Province in that case made and
   provided Johnson pr Domi pr prot~— Evid.e Mary Barrat. on the back-
