   Joseph Milby — | Case .   .   .   .   And whereupon the afd William

by Thomas Bowne his attry Complains for .
   that whereas the afd Joseph the thirtieth day of Aprill Anno Domini Seven:
  :teen hundred & fourteen at S.t Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within ye
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court in Consideration that the afd William at the Special
   Instance & request of ye afd Joseph would build and Erect for the Said Joseph
   upon the Plantation of the Sd Joseph in the County and Jurisdiciõn afd one
   dwelling house of ye length of twenty foot and in breadth fifteen foot~.
   with Timber of Sufficient Scantling and inclose and Cover the Same with
   drawn clap boards and lay one floore in ye Same house with plank upon—
   himselfe assumed and to the Said William then and there faithfully promised
   that he the Sd Joseph So much Merchantable Tobacco as the afd William for
   the building and Erecting as afd ye afd house and Covering and incloseing ye
   Same and Laying the floore thereof Should reasonably deserve unto the
   Same William when thereunto afterwards required would well and truly —
   pay and Content and in the Sd William in deed Saith   that trusting to the
   fair promise of the Sd Joseph in forme afd made afterwards vizt. the Seventeenth
   day of 9ber in the year afd he did build and Erect for the Sd Joseph upon ye Plantation
   of twenty foot and in breadth fifteen foot with timber of Sufficient Scantlings &
   Inclosed and Covered the Same house with drawn clap boards and also laid one
   Ffloore in the Same house with Plank in manner afd and workman like and
   the afd William Ffurther in fact Saith that he the Said William for the bulding
   Edifieing Incloseing Covering & Laying the Ffloore as afd reasonable deserves the
   Sum of Six hundred pounds of Merchantable Tobacco in manner as in an—
   accot~. hereto annexed Shewn and of which the Said Joseph then and there last~
   Sd by the Said William had Notice And that whereas also the afd Joseph afterwards
   viz.t the afd Seventeenth day of 9ber Anno Domini Seventeen hundred & fourteen
   at Kt County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court in Consideration that the afd
   William at ye like Special Instance & request of ye Sd Joseph then and there
   last Said had built & Erected for the Sd Joseph upon the plantation of the Sd —
   Joseph one Dwelling house of Twenty foot long and fifteen foot bread with—
   Timber of Sufficient Scantlings and Inclosed & Covered the Same with drawn clap
   boards and also laid one Ffloore in the Same house with Plank upon himselfe
   assumed & to the Said William then and there last Said faithfully Promised -
   that he the Said Joseph Six hundred pounds of Merchantable Tobacco for the
   last Said Services done & performed as afd to the afd William when thereunto
   afterwards required would well and truly pay and Content and whereas also .
   the afd Joseph afterwards vizt the afd Seventeenth day of 9.ber in the year afd
   at the County afd in the afd Jurisdiciõn In Consideration that the Same -
