   And the Plt afd Shall be Cast in the Same   and the Cost on the
   Same Shall not pay that then he the Said James Earle will pay it
   for him
   The Said Deft being called Came and the Said Plt~ by James
   Earle his attry prayd he might give Special bayle to the
   Above accon which is granted   on which Came into Court
   Valentine Browne of Said County and Acknowledged himselfe
   Speciall bayle in the above accõn and undertake the pay:
  :ment of the Damages in the Same and Cost accruing if the -
   Deft Shall be cast in the Same and the Condemnation Shall
   not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of .
   Said County delivr. or that the Said Valentine the body of
   the Said William Shall not render &ca.
   And the Said Deft in his proper person aprd to ye above
   Accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to -

   found in his Bayliwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body
   before his Said Ld ships Justices of our next County Court to be held
   at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto
   William Frisby Sherife of Said County of a plea that he render to him ye
   full & just Sum of Three Thousand three hundred & Eighty pounds of .
   Tobacco to be every way well qualified in Good Seasoned casque of ye . .
   value of fourteen pounds Sterling money which he unjustly detains
