Novemb.r Court 1716 65 Domi one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen That the Said Sarah Staighton pay the Sume of thirty Shillings Currant money Debt according to Act of Assembly of this Province in Such case made &ca. and also the Sume of Two hundred and twenty eight pounds of Tobacco Cost arising on the premises afd ordered by the Court here that the afd fine be dd the Sherf . ordered by the Court here that She Serve Six months for trouble loss of time disgrace & for keeping the Child to this time ordered by the Court here that the Master of the Said Sarah deliver her up at the Expiration of her time to the Sherf or Court~. George Straighton the Child of the afd Sarah bound by this Court to Edward Holman of this County till he comes to the age of twenty one years Thomas Chandler at June Court last being Sumõned as a Juror The Court ordered that if he did not at the next Court~ Shew cause if any he had why he did not appear which if he did not Shew cause to be holden good by the Court Then to be find or released. The Same at this Court appears and Shew to the Court the reason why he did not appear which ye Court approves of This Court here releases the Said Thomas Chandler Court adjourns till Tomorrow morning Eight Clock
