   Mr Lambert Wilmer takes his place &~ Sits on the bench
   Mr John March takes his place & Sits on the bench
   Mr. Sam.. Wickes takes his place & Sits on the bench
   Edward Williams as an Evide Sworn to the Grand Jury
   M.r James Earle prays that a writ may be made out~
   Immediately agst. Antho Baker at the Suite of Rd Tilghman
   Esqr.   ordrd & made out~
   James Sanester Isaac Johnson and John Tiphaven Johnson-
   Susannah Edwards William Wilshier Presilla Wilshier and
   Lucknor Midleton all As Evidences Sworn and Sent to the Grand
   Jury ——————
   Thomas Mitford Junior being an Evide to an Instrument
   of writing Mr Sarah Young to Edward Crew in the nature of—
   a Leafe takes his Corporall Oath on the holy Evangelists of—
   Almighty God and Saith   that he did See the Said Sarah Young
   in her Widdowhood Signe Seale and as her Act and Deed deliver
   the Same for the use therein Contained as also takes his Oath
   that James Heborn an Evide to the Same writing Signed at the
   Same time   and   takes his Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangelists
   of Almighty God and Saith that he did See the Said Sarah—
   Young Signe Seale and deliver an obligation for the performance
   of the afd writing after the Signing Sealing and delivering the
   afd Leafe and at the Same time the afd James Heborn Signed
   as an Evid.e to ye Same———
   Jarvis Spencer   & Joseph Wheeldon as an Evides. Sown to the
   Grand Jury —
   Mr. James Earle one of the attrys of this Court takes the Oath
   of abjuration in due form and Subscribes the Same & Test— —
   Proclamation for the Cunstables to come into Court to take
   the Oath of abjuration who Likewise comes viz   Edward Worrell—
   Wm Deane Joseph Milby   Edward Beck Junir. and William—
   Simson   and all Swears in due forme and Severally Subscribes the
   Test~ —
