   On the back of the [pro]ceeding Commission was endorsed as folls vizt.
   Maryland Ss Ch[ar]les Absolute Lord and Proprietarie of ye
   Province of Maryland [and] Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &ca. To th
   Edward Scott William [Com]egys Michael Miller Lambert Wilmer
   and Henry Lowe Junior [of] Kent County Gentln greeting wee do hereby
   Authorize and Empower y[ou o]r any of you to Administer the Oaths ap.
  :pointed by Act of Parliam[ent] to be taken Instead of the Oaths of allegi:
  :ance and Supremacy the [Oath] of Abjuration and the Oath of Justice
   to Nathaniel Hyson Joh[n M]arch Samuel Wickes, and Marmaduke Tilden
   or any of them and you th[e S]aid Nathaniel Hynson John March Samuel
   Wickes and Marmaduke [Til]den or any of you having taken the Said
   Oaths are Empowered [to A]dminister the Same unto the Justices &
   Commissioners Respective[ly as] they are nominated in the within Commi:
  :tion and wee will that [you] and every of you having taken the Said.
   Oaths do Severally Sub[scrib]e the test and the afd Oath of abjuration
   and for so doing this S[hall] be your Suff.t~ warrant and authority —
   hereof faile not and wh[en y]ou have the Same so done you are to Certi:
  :fie the Same under You[r h]ands and Seales unto us in our high Court
   of Chancery with all Con[ve]nient Speed witness our trusty and well
   beloved John Hart ——    Coll Edward Scott being the first in
   the Dedimus mention[ed] Swears Mr. John March   the Same Swears
   the afd Coll Edward [Sco]tt Mr. William Comegys & Mr. Michael—
   Miller the Said Mr. M[ich]l Miller Swears Mr. Lambert Wilmer
   Mr. Samuel Wickes an[d M]r. Marmaduke Tilden The afd Justices
   and Commissioners Seve[ral]ly took the Oath of Allegiance and —
   Supremacy the Oath o[f A]bjuration and the Accustomed Oath of~
                                                                            and the Oath of Abjuration —
   Justice   and at the [Sam]e time Severally Subscribed the Test~^
   Col,sl Nathaniel Hynson [an]d Mr. Henry Lowe Junr. not being at this
   Court are not as yet S[wor]n—   the afd Commissions that are
   Sworn Sitts as they [are] nominated in the afd Commission—
