   it is Considered by the Court here vizt. the Same day last mentioned That the
   afd Plt Thomas Hill take nothing by his writ afd but that he be in mercy
   and that the afd Christopher Bateman go thereof without day and it
   is also Considered by the Court here that the afd Christopher Bateman—
   Recover against the afd Thomas Hill the Sume of one hundred and —
   Sixty Six pounds of Tobacco by the Court adjudged him for his Costs &
   Charges by Occation of this Suite Expended according to ye forme of the
