   Which Jury being Sworn and having a Charge given do with
   draw to Consider if any prsentments &ca. —————
   Sarah Struton as an Evidence Sworn to ye Grand Jury ——
   Mary Barret as an Evide. Sworn to ye Grand Jury ——
   The Sherf of this County Produces a new Commission and the
   Justices and Commissrs. therein mentioned being called what was
   at Court Came And they being present the Same was read which
   follows vizt.
   Charles absolute Lord and Proprietarie of the Province of Maryland
   and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &ca. To Nathaniel Hynson—
   Edward Scott William Comegys Michael Miller Lambert Wilmer
   Henry Lowe Junr. John March Samuel Wickes and Marmaduke Tilden-
   of Kent County Gentln Greeting Know Yee that we have assigned you
   and every of you Joyntly and Severally our Justices to keep our peace within
   our County of Kent and to make and Cause to be kept all ordinances and —
   Statutes as well of that part of the Kingdome of great Brittaine Called
   England in force in this Province as of this our Province of Maryland
   for the good and Conservation of the peace and Quiet Rule and Governmt—
   of our people within our Said County in all and every the articles therein
   Expressed according to the forme force and Effect of the Same and to Chas
  :tize and Punish all or any prson or prsons offending against any the Said
   Ordinances or Statutes according to the Directions thereof and to Call
   before yo. or any of yo. all those who in our County afd Shall threaten to do —
   any bodily harme to any of our good people or to burn their houses .
   or otherwise to break our peace and misbehave themselves to find —
   Sufficient Security of the peace and good behaviour to us and our good
   people and if they Shall refuse to find Such Security that then you~
   cause them to be Committed in Safe Custody untill they Shall find the
   Same also wee have assigned you and every three or more of you of
